Awards Sponsorship Forms

    You, or your IPMS Chapter, or other group, or business, can sponsor one or more of our "Best In . . . " awards. These are Class Trophies and Category Medals, and the sponsor(s) will get credit at the show and online through our website. There are a limited number of trophy and medal sponsorships available and they can be ordered using the digital form below.

    You must fill out a separate form for each type of award you wish to sponsor, (Class trophy or Category medals sets), there is a reload button at the bottom of the page to clear the form. Please fill out the form completely and list an alternate, in case of a conflict it is first come first serve.

    Class Trophy Sponsorship

    Please reserve the trophy(ies) first - then pay. This section is where you can sponsor one or more of the following: Best of Class awards, Best Korean War Theme award, Best Shoot the Moon award, and the People's Choice award. These are trophies (not the category medals) and the sponsor(s) will get credit at the show and online through our website. Please see the drop-down menu below titled 'TROPHIES' for choice(s) and availability. 

    Each class trophy sponsorship is $45.00. Please pay when reserving.

    NOTE: After entering your selection please scroll back to the top of the page to access the "Buy Now" button to pay for your sponsorship.

    Category Medals Sponsorship

    Please reserve the medal(s) first - then pay. I would like to sponsor a category medal or medals. Each medal set is complete and consists of a gold 1st place, a silver 2nd place and a bronze 3rd place medal. I understand that you guys will try your best to assign these where I have requested but conflicts may occur. In that case it will be first come first serve.

    First full set of Category Medals is $25.00, additional sets purchased at the same time are $20.00 each.
    For your convenience use a debit or credit card to reserve your choice of category sponsorship immediately.
