We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Marshall Stewart Smith, of New Bern, a reliable and dedicated soul, on January 28, 2025. Born on May 22, 1947, in Potsdam, NY, Marshall was a beacon of light and talent, touching the lives of many with his thoughtful nature and generous spirit.
