How to reserve your room at the Hampton Inn:
ECPM has secured a limited block of rooms at the Hampton Inn, which is approximately 1/10 of a mile (walking distance) in front of the Havelock Center.
There are two ways to book your room – Call the hotel directly or reserve online.
1. Call 252-447-9400 and tell the front desk your reservation dates of July 8th and/or July 9th and give them the code Eastern Carolina Pla. (This stands for Plastic, but their computer system didn’t have enough room for all characters )

Once on the Hampton Inn Havelock home page, enter the dates for the length of time you need for the show. ECPM has a block of rooms on hold at a special ECPM rate for up to 2 nights – July 8th and July 9th. Once you have selected your check-in and check-out dates then please request how many rooms are needed and how many guests are staying. Next, click on the button labeled Special Rates where you will see the Group Code box and type in mod (Yes, mod is your group code). Lastly, click on the Check Rooms & Rates button.
As of March 18th, there are 3 Queen size (2 beds) rooms, and 4 King size (1 bed) rooms. Please let us know if you are having trouble making reservations and we will do what we can to help.
With that being said, we will see you in July at the DownEastCon Catch ’22.
*Please Note: If you book with Hampton Inn Havelock directly by calling or on their own website, you will get the ECPM Block Rate. You will also be walking distance to the Havelock Center. However, there are other hotels along Route 70 that are less expensive and a short drive away. Plus you can use any of your favorite hotel reservation apps that you like.
