We Want Your Vote on a Theme for our
DownEastCon 2024

A number of our members have made suggestions for a theme to be used at our next DownEastCon that will be on July 20, 2024. I have listed the top 5 suggestions for a main theme at the contest. This means that builders who would want to participate in the Theme Category will build & register a model(s) that fits the rules, regulations, and guidelines that will be determined by ECPM members for said theme.

Footnote: We do have 2 Sub-Themes in mind for DownEastCon '24. These would only pertain to Real Space and Junior categories.
By coincident, the Apollo 11 moon landing of July 20, 1969 will have its 55th anniversary the weekend of our 2024 contest. So, a special award(s) would be given with the 'Apollo 11 Theme'.
For Juniors, we have 'Celebrating the 2024 Summer Olympics'. For this theme 17 years and younger can build and register any genre model but that model must be painted in the 5 official Olympic colors (blue, yellow, black, green, and red).
