Pre-Show Model Entry 2026 You can PRE-REGISTER, ENTER MODELS, and PAY REGISTRATION FEE here to save yourself a considerable amount of time at the Registration desk when you arrive at the contest. You can use the online digital form below to instantly enter each of your entries. NOTE: Online Pre-Registration & Model Entry ends Wednesday 15, July 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PLEASE NOTE: You will still need to bring PRINTED and competed forms with you to the con no matter if you fill out and pay online. The printable files of the 'Contest Registration' and 'Model Entry' form are below. You will need to fill out only one Contest Registration form that will have all your information plus a list of all entered models. This form goes to the front desk. For Model Entry, you will need to fill out one form for each model you wish to enter. You can do this at home in your spare time. You can add your "Builder #" and "Entry #" info that was emailed to you since you pre-registered and paid. Please keep an eye out for the email. if you do not see an email, please check you SPAM/JUNK folder. NOTE: After checking your SPAM/Junk mail folder you still didn't receive "Builder #" use the "Questions" button at the bottom and let us know, thanks. Then bring the completed forms with you to quickly and easily move through the con processing area as we will have a separate Pre-Registered/Pre-Paid table. IMPORTANT: You are permitted to submit up to 10 models for the competition, with a fee of $10. Each participant may enter no more than 6 models in a single class and only 2 models in any given category. For additional information, please see Rule 2 in the Contest Rules. Special for 2026: You can submit 5 additional models, bringing your total to 15 entries for $15. AGAIN, YOU MUST FILL OUT A SEPARATE MODEL ENTRY FORM FOR EACH MODEL YOU WISH TO ENTER (pre-registered or not) with your name on page 2 of the Model Entry Form. Please fill out each form completely and bring the completed form(s) to the event. Failure to do so will mean you will have to fill out another at the contest entry.
