Chapter Business for Members of ECPM only
Meeting Time Change
As of our February 18, 2023 meeting, the members present had a final vote for changing our starting time from 12:00 to 1:00 or keeping it at 12:00. The majority vote won changing our start time to 1:00 that begins at our March 18th meeting next month.
Alan Welch (president) did ask of those who were opposed to the change, if starting at 1:00 would be a hardship for them. All stated it would not. They simply preferred an earlier start time.
This new starting time will help those members who travel quite a distance to get the New Bern meeting and we are hoping that this will encourage other 'Long Distance' builders to, perhaps, join us.

This was our sign up sheet for our Potluck Lunch that took place on our December meeting Saturday the 17th, 2022 (Building models is not our only skill:) I'm keeping this up so when December rolls around again we have a record of what was brought. You can repeat from last year or bring something new.
Make sure you don't miss this Potluck Lunch in December of 2023.
