Great Contest. Had a blast. Lots more there than I got pictures of & of course I had to toss a bunch due to shakey camera. Lots of good models, lots of great work; judging was not at all easy -- although it helped that aircraft entries seemed to be lower than usual. By my count, folks from four NC chapters crossed the border to support our salient into R2. Worth the trip, even if gas prices had just tanked (sorry for the pun) ...

Best Aircraft -- the worn winter camo was amongst best I've seen & model was flawless. I know the Seiran, Eindecker, T-33, and Whirlwind were category winners.
