All time favorite model built		Kitbashed A-36 with IPMS photoetch parts

I moved from California where I was a member of the Fremont Hornets. I was also associated with the IPMS/EastBay P(lanes),T(rains)and A(utos) in Oakland and IPMS-Silicon Valley Scale Modelers, Milpitas, CA.

My favorite model that I built was a kit bashed A36 with IPMS photo etched parts. Unfortunately my memory of the model has fared better than the model. It crashed off a shelf and now resides in the spare parts box.

I also enjoy building the odd ball, one of the kind or type of aircraft. Modeling was my hobby since 8 years old. I joined the Civil Air Patrol because of my love of airplanes and after high school entered the US Air Force.

My wife just reminded me that I have been using glue for half a century! Is that where my hair went? Did I mention I have worked around commercial aircraft since leaving the US Air Force in 1969?
